General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between jy99 ("Platform", "we") and its users ("you", "member"). By registering an account on jy99 or using any of its services, you are considered to have accepted all clauses of these Terms.

Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to open an account and use jy99's services. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. jy99 may request age verification information at any time and reserves the right to suspend any account under suspicion.
2.2 No Multiple Accounts
Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are created by the same person or members of the same household using the same device, IP address, or payment method, those accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.
2.3 Accurate Information
All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds. Any changes to your information must be reported to the support team immediately.
2.4 Account Security
Keeping your username and password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Sharing login credentials with any third party is prohibited. If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Supported Payment Methods
jy99 currently processes transactions via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each payment method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests below this limit cannot be processed.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method registered to the account. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
3.4 Transaction Verification
jy99 may request additional verification information for any unusual or suspicious transaction. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel transactions under our anti-money laundering policy where necessary.
Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
- Deposit ৳42,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳62,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 25x wagering requirement must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses may only be used on games approved by jy99.
- Direct withdrawal from the bonus balance is not possible until the wagering requirements have been met.
- To participate in any promotion, the specific terms of that promotion will also apply.
- If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the account may be closed and the bonus forfeited.
- jy99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus promotion at any time.
VIP Program & Cashback
jy99's VIP program has four tiers. Members can move up to higher tiers based on regular participation and activity:
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
- Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
5.1 Cashback Terms
Cashback is paid each week based on net losses. The cashback amount is added directly to the account and can be used without any additional wagering requirements. The cashback rate may change as a result of VIP tier changes.
5.2 Changes to VIP Benefits
jy99 reserves the right to modify the benefits, rates, or terms of the VIP program at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any changes where possible.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play
jy99 is committed to fair play. All game outcomes are determined by a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG). Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes will result in account cancellation.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a game round is left incomplete due to a technical error or server disruption, jy99 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the wager. jy99 may also correct any unusual winnings or balance displayed as a result of an error.
6.3 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:
- Playing games using software bots or automated tools.
- Strategic betting intended to abuse bonus balances (bonus hunting).
- Using another member's account or credentials.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
- Any form of fraud or deception.

12.2 Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and any related promotional terms together form the entire agreement between jy99 and the member. Any previous oral or written agreements are replaced by this agreement.
